IPROCH & ODIART organized Heritage Walk  in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Delhi-based Heritage – a not-for-profit charitable cultural society Institute for Promotion and Research on Odisha  Culture (IPROCH) and and Odisha-based charitable organization ODIART organisedHeritage Walk in Bhubaneswar on Saturday. Heritage Walk has been flagged off by Sri Prasanna Kumar Das Joint  Secretary, Ministry of Environment , Govt of India in the presence of the  Secretary Culture Sri Manoranjan Panigrahi  & many other dignitaries. Sangram Dhar , Secretary of IPROCH said that the main aim of this program is  to spread awareness on Odishan heritage.  Nearly 300 school children and 200 volunteers, college students join the Heritage walk. The walk started from Rajarani Temple proceeded to two routes as per route below. Eco Friendly awareness banners were being shown with slogans by students  of Dhauli Art College .
Starting Venue: Rajarani Temple premise
Route 1: Rajarani -Mukteswar – KedarGouri– Bindusagar –   Boitalu –Lingaraj
Route 2: Rajarani – Megheswar –– Mukteswar – Brahmeswar
Route 3: Rajarani – Boitalu – Parsurameswar – Laxmaneswar- ShatrughneswarThis walk is to promote Odishan heritage at international level & increase awareness level in Odisha. We are inviting school children, NCC, NYK, NSS volunteers as well as children living in slums to participate. Many organizations like Tourism & Culture Ministry , Odisha Museum, BMC,Sundar Odisha , Bakul Foundation, Parichaya Foundation ,Odisha Diary are associating with this walk to make it grand success.
