Condolence Meeting for Paris Terror Attack Victims Held in KISS

Bhubaneswar.14.11.2015:A condolence meeting for the victims of Paris terror attack was held in Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), the largest free residential institute for indigenous children and youths in the world, on November 14, 2015. Condemning the heinous attack, Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS said, criminal acts of terrorism run in contrary to teachings of all faiths. It is a cowardly assault on humanitarian values, he added. Today all our thoughts go to the victims and their families, said Smt. Saswati Bal, President, KIIT & KISS, while expressing solidarity with the people of France. At least 127 innocent people lost their lives and over 200 were left injured in a series of coordinated suicide bombings and shootings in Paris yesterday. Over 25,000 students of KISS joined the prayer meeting and observed moments of silence for the victims. Among others, the condolence & prayer meeting was attended by Shri R. N.
